Delivery

Most parcels are delivered by business post express & Fastwat Couriers who are a well established and professional carrier company.

Each of the parcels has a unique traceable code, which allows us to be able to trace any parcel using the internet. Upon delivery a signiture is required, if no one is available a calling card will be left and the parcel taken to the local depot. The recipient of the parcel must then contact the depot to arrange re-delivery or collection.

Foreign orders

For all Foreign orders the actual postage charge will be e-mailed to you before shipping or charging for the order - so that the cost can be agreed. Delivery will generally be 3-4 working days and all parcels are traceable via the internet. A rough estimate will be shown on the checkout page.
