You can place an order with us either by telephone or online and we can deliver to any address in the UK (charges will vary for offshore addresses).

When you phone us please have the following information:

A list of the items that you require

Your Name

Your full postal postal address including postcode

Daytime contact number, mobile number, land line number or email address

Full details of the delivery address if different from the postal address including postcode

A valid card number including the long number across the middle of the card, the start and expiry date, the issue number if applicable and the security number (the last 3 digits on the back of the card along the signature strip).


ONLINE ORDERING

Find the item that you require and choose the colour and size if applicable from the drop down list to view the different options, then click on the one that you require.

Click on the BUY NOW button

Wherever you are on the veals4carp site you can add items to your basket in the same way

You can check the contents of your basket and the total amount at any time by clicking on the my basket button

You can alter the quantity or remove items from your basket at any time by clicking on the my basket button

Postage and packaging costs will be shown in your basket

When you have finished shopping click on the proceed to checkout button and fill in all of your details on our 100% secure server.

If a particular item you have ordered is not in stock veals4carp will contact you either by phone or by email to discuss the options available.

We will never take payment for an item that is not currently in stock.

Credit card security
We have never had a case of credit card fraud at veals4carp on our shopping system.
All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and only decrypted once the order reaches us.


DELIVERY AND CHARGES

Shipping charges within the UK are as follows-

Small packets (eg-packets of hooks) will be sent by royal mail 1st class at a cost of £2.50
All larger items including rods and reels will be charged at £6
All orders with a delivery charge of £6 placed Monday-Thursday before 1pm we aim to dispatch on a 24 hour carrier service using the very reliable business post.
Orders placed on Friday before 1pm we aim to deliver to you for the following Monday
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday we aim to deliver to you for the following Tuesday.
There are times when there maybe occasional delays but we try to keep these to a minimum.

Smaller packets paying a delivery cost of £2.50 please allow up to 3 days before contacting us.

Each parcel that is delivered by the carrier (business post) has a unique traceable code, which is scanned into the carriers system when they collect the parcel from us.
We are then able to trace any parcel using the internet.

On the larger items sent using business post a signature is required upon delivery; if no one is available a calling card will be left and the parcel taken to the local depot.
The recipient of the parcel must then contact the depot to arrange collection or re-delivery.

EUROPEAN ORDERS

For all European orders we will e-mail you before shipping or charging you for your order so that we can agree the cost of delivery.
At the same time we will try to give you an approximate time of delivery (generally 3-5 days).

RETURNING GOODS

Goods being returned must be unused and in a saleable condition.
Any packaging that the goods were sent in i.e. reel boxes must also be in the same condition as when they were received.
If you are returning goods to us because they were incorrectly ordered or if clothes you ordered do not fit you will have to pay for the return postage costs that we will keep to a minimum.
If you wish for a replacement on a particular size or colour we will have to charge carriage on the replacement.
If you are returning an item because it was faulty or damaged we will not charge you for any postage costs and will aim to get it sorted immediately.
